Crunches Vs Munchies

So, I'm determined to get fitter and healthier, so I can actually get a decent grade in GCSE PE and pass the Army fitness tests. I'm predicted an A* in PE and at the moment I'm nowhere fucking near. :3

I'm cutting down my fat, saturated fat and sugar intake, and loading up on carbs and protein.

I need to completely ditch all the usual shit that I binge on, because it's not helping at all.

So from tomorrow, I'm starting a strict diet and exercise plan, and I'm going to stick to it.
