Everything's going okay, so far.
I forgot to have breakfast, had pasta for lunch, and plan on having a jacket potato and some sort of red meat for dinner. I haven't consumed ANY fizzy drinks so far- it's literally killing me.
If I get hungry, I can choose from a lovely muller light yoghurt or a banana. Brilliant...
I'm going for a run and doing a bit of cardio later. Hopefully that'll go better than it usually does.
